Ipburger residential ip CONFUSED.

Currently, I have purchased 11 fresh dedicated ip for my all stealth accounts but its much costlier so can I use 1 residential ip from ipburger and run all the 11 eb pp accounts ?

I am utterly confused about (1) how this works and (2) how to setup those and (3) why the accounts wont get linked to each other ?

i dont think so, from what i know residential ip always changes every few mins or so whereas dedicated will remain the same forever
