Does this risk PayPal suspension?
 
If I send money to someone via PayPal as friends and family and this person gets suspended for whatever reason, do you think PayPal would also consider suspending my account? Have you ever encountered such a situation?

If its 1st time f&f transaction with that member ?
Yes, nothing to worry about if its just once but be careful in future

Sending personal payments is always risky.
Having another acct you sent a personal payment to get suspended can definitely have an adverse effect on your own acct if that acct's suspension has anything to do with the payments it received.
A lot of it will depend on how solid the sending acct (your acct) was and how much other solid activity you have on it.
