Ebay removed twice my listing
 

Hi, eBay removed one of my listings, i sell electronics devices. I think one of my competitors reported my listings as "jammer devices". Ebay removed 1 of my listings not all, dont know why (fortunally). I changed Ebay site switching from .com to .it and i've relisted the removed item. Today they removed again for same cause they think its a disturbing device, but it's not. What i can do now? My competitors are selling it regularly, but i dont want to report them and start a war. I think if i relist it again now ebay will limit my account for 1 month. It seems like ebay now is checking me if i'm going to relist the same item, what you suggest to do? Wait some time before relist? Contact ebay staff? Please someone else have the same experience?

I cant stop sell this item i have bulk quantity on stock. I'm selling that item, i have 4 similar items listed not reported, and i'm selling that item with the same account since 5 years...I can't stop sell it. Maybe can i wait before resell or i can made new pictures and different description for make it seems different than the removed item?

It probably was more than 1 competitor who reported your item or even your customers or potential customers reporting the item.

Once eBay have so many reports for the same listing they then have to take action to remove the listing.

I wouldn’t list this item as buy it now again. I have been in a similar situation and what I did was wait just 1 day then list the same item as 1 day auctions only. Changed picture, title and description starting bid only 99p and relist again after the 1 day auction ends so far I’ve not had any issues with the item which was removed.

You could try this if you wanted to.

Yes but I dont understand why they removed just one of the 5 items i have. Should i wait 1 week and make new pictures and new designs, new title before relist?

To understand why they removed your listing is to understand the email eBay sent you.

If it’s due to vero then it’s either the brand reporting your listing or competitors or buyers reporting your listing.

It’s very risky once you have a listing removed to then list it again.

If your willing to take a risk of a 7 day ban for example then you can try and list it again with new title new price, pictures, descriptions.

You can always create another account and sell on another account.

But as I said before I listed my removed listings as 1 day auction so I’m still getting 7 sales a week so it’s better than nothing.

If they pull my listing down again then I will have to use another account as I wouldn’t risk my eBay account being suspended.

but it's not first time they do that to me, but i waited 2 weeks the other times and relisted with same descritpion, same images etc...maybe i wait again and retry in 2 weeks.
