New year new policies are coming into effect. All companies/corporations switch things up all the time. So it could be the case ?

But most likely just because it's holiday season.

no word of a lie, but i just made a post before i read your post.
Having a very similar problem at the moment.
From september to late december, i could make accounts like a piece of cake and list 100 items in the second day. Now since around december 21 or something, i have made 6 accounts and each account was given a MC113 after the second listing (which was a quantitiy listing).

Followed the exact same method that made me 30 accounts smoothly. eBay hav definitely implemented a shadow policy recently.. ****s

too many sellers and not enough buyers,Ebay does not need more redundant listings.

avoiding eBay MP is a piece of cake. Personally i think it will be easier

MP "Managed Payments" from clues I've picked up. I guess that eBay has done away with "PayPal for Sellers", stiff-arming them into using their own "Managed Payments" process--and pocketing-the-fees-thank-you-very-much. "PayPal for Buyers" remains. Of course until it doesn't anymore.

However MP might stand for "Money Police" too.

I'm not an expert. Clearly I'm not because I found myself here as a result of--apparently--failing to click something-or-other as a newbie-Seller with 0 sales and only 2 listings and being punished with the dread "permanent suspension."
