Damaged and use gsp but case opened on PayPal ? Help ?
 

Hi. I sold an item using eBay global shipping program. I use this because the items seem to get damages in transit when sending internationally. An item has arrived damaged and the buyer has opened a case on PayPal. IV said to him to close the request and open on eBay and he will receive a full refund from Pitney Bowes (shipping carrier) and get to keep the item ( there is a small crease.still completely usable) but they are refusing to. What can I do??? As this is the whole reason I use this gsp thing.

Don't do anything. As I understand it, the buyer would have to return the item at their expense to get a refund. Let the buyer weigh both options and choose what's suitable for him/her.
