How to make a listing appear on search results very fast ?

There is no secret to it. On new accounts automated system will put it and ebay reps are calling it as indexing period. ebay help page also mentions this information that new listings will go through this process

Using some newly created accounts Listing comes on search results less than 20 minutes. But for some accounts it takes about 24hrs. :( I think there is some tricks that you can do to make it appear fast. Because I have seen some new accounts lists their items right away after they register and they appear on the search less than 15 minutes.
