Residential IP

Old ip: 111.222.333.444 with an account indefinitely suspended

new ip: 111.222.333.555
Is it ok to create account with new IP?
Same computer but new user and different browser(Google Chrome--->Firefox)

new user = Good

Different browser = no need. Use the same one is fine.
