Ways around stealth account
 

I use to have a wholesale account with a supplement company and would sell directly to ebay which was against policy. I got an email after they caught me telling me to stop selling or they would file a lawsuit so i stopped.

Is there a way I can continue without having to go through the difficulty of a stealth account?

My current real ebay account has no restrictions on it whatsoever. I think the way they caught me was a secret buyer bought a product from me and linked my ebay info to my wholesale account. WHich is why I have no restrictions on my account, just that supplement wholesale account.

The only way would be to get permission to sell those items.
If they catch you again youll more than likely lose the acct.

What you're trying to do will have grave consequences. If you succeed, you'd undercut all the other wholesalers and cost the brand owner major losses. But you won't succeed indefinitely. Any company with the distribution system you've implied they have would be silly not to track wholesalers with (inconspicuous) individual codes on the product labels.

It takes months and a lot of work to go from conception to manufacturing of food supplements.
Had you experienced anything of that sort whilst being the recipient of the scheme your're trying to execute; I think you'd be suing too.

its not against the law to resell their products... its actually illegal for that company for to falsely threaten you to stop selling their products, thats why its illegal for companies to operate as monopolies.
i have had countless sellers on amazon and a clothing company threaten to sue me but what legal ground do they have? I just ignore their emails and nothing happens.
Once i caught an amazon seller buy some of my store products and leave negative feedback and the idiot didnt know i could see his biling address on my business paypal. lets just say that i advised my ebay stealth account was worth less than his 6 figure amazon account and he promptly refunded me £300 in payments.
