ebay defect remove, do not use their seller help option
 

ebay starts to kick seller off to the "seller help" page, if you want to remove some unfair defects. Do not use it, results will always be negative for seller. Keep on trying to chat online with the rep, you will always find one kind rep from 10 nasty lazy reps whom is willing and capable to help.

It took me almost a whole day chat online with 12 reps, eventually removed a negative unfair feedback. It's exhausted but really worth it.

Just stay away from "seller help" page, if some rep try to let you know that please use seller help to appeal the defect, immediately drop the conversation and try another one to save your time.

yeah i hate some of those arrogant lazy indian reps. In my early days of stealth, it took me 15 - FIFTEEN! attempts to chat with an eBay rep to remove my MC113 listing.
Now i dont bother chatting to the agent, not even attempt once, since its less time consuming and easy on the mind to just make a new account

Most of them enjoy to see you get depressed. You can tell it immediately from the way they talk to you. Nowadays if I sense it's a nasty rep I just drop of the chatting immediately and start another one.
