I met a problem when i create stealth accounts
 

I met a problem when i create stealth accounts

1.i use fresh residential IP
2.new name,address,ssn
3.new phone number,real number
4.registered gmail,and Succeeded
5.registered paypal,and Succeeded.(Email, address, phone confirmed)

6.registered ebay,with name,email,and Succeeded.
7.then Confirmed Email and phone number(get a text),and Succeeded.

The problem is that. If it ends here Both my ebay and paypal account will be ok.but my ebay account can't sell anything.

Once i create a ebay seller account and link my paypal to my ebay,(just create seller account ,do not list a item) my ebay account will suspend in 30 minutes.

anyone can help me ? 66.245.204.177 here is one of my ip address.

hold on, you can't provide SSN and you shouldn't have to if you do it correctly.
Did you add your PP to your eBay?

where you are located? from US or other place to create the us account?

Sounds like an IP issue. ebay doesn't ever ask for SSN even business accounts they only ask for last 4.

If his IP comes from some random place then yea I'd agree with that.

If you entered a SSN into PayPal that is not correct for the name on the account you will get both that and eBay suspended.

You get some time selling before PayPal requests that info.

Less is best when you set up stealth accounts only provide that which is initially asked for.
