Help!
 
Anybody purchased the ebay stealth e-book from this website?

I made an order and paid for it yesterday, then i received an email said that they will send me an instruction for retrieving my product. But i haven't received any message from them after that email.
And i don't know where to find the customer service.

Anybody knowns what to do next. Thanks.

But i can't understand your meaning very well.
FOr example: I still don't know why this site sells e-book but doesn't have customer service person. When i have questions, i have to open a new Thread to ask you guys or sent pm to you to get the answer.

Forever relax. I can undertand anxiety when purchasing online. This is an online community here and Aspkin is the head honcho. He will be online at some point in the next few hours I should imagine and he will be able to sort it out for you.

In the meantime, you should check your junk email folder, as depending which mail service you use, some messages go straight to junk.

If so retreive the code and click the link in the email. Copy and paste the code and hey presto, read the ebook.

If the eBook you purchased doesn't tell you customer service is available then there is none.

When you have questions, search existing threads/posts for answers. If no luck, then post a message on this forum under the correct Category with a proper title and state your detail questions clearly in the message. Many people(most of them are eBay sellers) here can help you by replying the post.

When i open this thread, 24hours have passed after i sent the payment.

After i sent the payment. I received an email immediately. The details of the email as below:We are processing your recent order with AuctionStealth. This can take up to 6 hours. When we finish processing your order we will e-mail you instructions for retrieving your product.

After that i haven't received any emails from he.

I sent aspkin a pm before this thread, told him about my questions, and in the pm inlude the order name, order address, and all of the order details. But he seems too busy to reply.

Anyway, i received kind reply from Vicvelcro.

I guarantee i success of my payment. Because the mobilephone received the confirmation message.
