4G IP address question

Dear all,

I have noticed with certain UK networks the 4g ip address continually changes when being used as a personal hotspot or in my router, rendering it useless for stealth IP tracking.

Can anyone advise which network they use which definitely does not do this, and the IP only changes when router turned on and off?

Edit: Or if you could advise how to stop the IP address changing on my 4g router unless it is turned on/off

Specifically for UK, not sure but following the thread - haven't had a service that continuously changes the IP

If you're being booted off IPs, it's most likely your device, not the network.
Try changing your device.

It might be better to use 3G IPs as there are more in circulation than 4G.

I did think that too, I have tried in 2 iphones, an android, a tp link router and huawei router, so I dont think its device?

How many accounts are you trying to manage via the sim?

Can you kindly let us know the network?
Every time this has happened to us, a device has been the culprit. We found a firmware had been automatically updated in one location, and the IP got erratic.

Try sticking your own contract sim into the device and see what happens.
