Hello, I had ebay for a long time, and it was selling well until I was banned because they blocked my paypal and I did not pay my fees, I tried to open many accounts but nothing worked ... that was months or years ago.

This year I just registered an LTD company in the UK and I want to open eBay and PayPal with my company data, but I am afraid that when I open it from my computer (I am from Panama) they will ban me again and I will not be able to sell with my company. Would you need a dedicated IP? a VPN? or could I do it safely from my laptop without using any of that?

What i would strongly suggest is to get your self one Residential IP adress, and your new account on it.
Make sure to match everything and go slowly.
