New PayPal with address that's been banned, can eBay see addresses on PayPal account?
 

I have recently been suspended on eBay again so I am looking into stealth accounts.

I have the opportunity to make a brand new PayPal using a family members details, however, the address on the PayPal account will be the same as the one that was on the eBay account that got banned. I will not be adding this address onto the eBay account, however, I am wondering whether eBay is smart enough to detect the address on the PayPal and link the account and therefore suspend me.

It’s 70/30 chance possibility for a link. I would use relative or family friend address that don’t have PP account. You need to let the address cool down.

Best not to use the same old address - fairly easy to detect
