How to get in touch with ebay?

Made a new account, got permanently suspended. Im sure i can get it back if i speak to a rep. How can i get a rep without actually being able to log into my account? anytime i try to log in i get the perm suspension notice.

In the U.K. you can type in google close eBay account and click the top link in google and then click contacting us and you can click chat with us or get them to call you.

yes they didnt even give me the welcome to ebay questionnaire .. what are you selling, how are you shipping, please take 5 million photos from every angle possible and please use natural sunlight with no shadows or reflections
