How risky is this?
 

My previous Ebay account suspended and was linked with a PP.

PP is fine and looks innocent.

I then reg a new Ebay. If I create a new email address under the old PP and only use the old PP to take the payment(not linking). Is the new Ebay account likely to be linked with my the old one?

I understand it's risky. But if I use a new PP, I am also risking the routine limitation while the old PP has got through that already.

Personaly, I want use the old one as with a new PP, I will have to be very slow.

I wanna listen to what you think?

no you cannot do this..

the old paypal was linked to suspended ebay, paypals can stand and be used after a suspension for non-ebay business, so it will come in useful but if you want to continue with ebay make a new non-linked pairing..
