i still use my paypal that was connected to my suspended ebay account, with a different selling site. i was wondering if i use a image from the other site i sell on, and list the same item on my stealth account, can i be linked because of the paypal account that is connected to my other site?

I can't see it happening. ebay image bots aren't able to parse images hosted off ebay. At least I don't see it being likely and have never ever known it to occur.
