Can someone tell me wth does this mean?
 

I just got back into selling on ebay I had a few accounts since 2019 and now im trying to start selling on them, I wanted to try out the chat options so I reached out to them and asked a stupid question and this is what they said..

That one is used for purchasing Shaun. You need to upload another one for payout and fees when selling. But you can try listing an item first as there are instances that you will not be asked for those information on your first listing"
what is this automatic payment method?

please note I havent listed a single item yet.

That comment is really for when you go over to MP, they like to have on eBay a bank account or debit card to pay other fees than sales ones, such as promoted listing etc which still get charged on invoice every 2 weeks even though you are paying eBay directly on every sale upfront.

So there is nothing for me to worry about. all I have to do is to porceed as usual and list 1st item and have paypal as my payment option?
