Lost access to gmail acc associated with +1years ebay account

I Lost acccess to the gmail acc associated with one of my aged ebay/paypal accounts but I still can access both of the accounts eb/pp should I be worried? and what can I do about the email?

You can change the email on ebay and paypal so i wouldn't worry.

Yes, you can change the email address of the accounts. Also make sure you have the cookies/history intact with those accounts to avoid any trigger for unauthorized access. Good luck!

"Changed", no - that's kind of a security flag tripper I would say - could spark a verification request

if you log in from a new device they will suspect unauthorized access. if from old device it isnt a problem. but tbh i have tons of ebay accounts and i never needed the email even a single time
