Creating A Seller Account?

When creating a eBay account is it fine to create a seller account immediately upon registration or is it more safe to build some search history for a couple days before setting up a seller account on ebay?

So does creating a seller account immediately after registration cause any flags or is recommended to wait a couple days before setting up a seller account to build up some browsing history?

I think it is better right away, if you can get cheap sims. only thing you loose is a sim and 5 minutes of time

I tried converting some new accounts into seller accounts right away and was sent a message to reactivate the account.

when i call it asks the security verification thats impossible to pass.

anyone else coming across this?
