Does eBay delete accounts for inactivity? What are the deadlines for such a thing?

Yes. I have 5-7 year old accounts that you cant log into. I make new identical accounts to those with no problems. You can usually link an old paypal also with no problems.

yes they do... I think the earliest one is 3 years or so.

Best thing to do is, hv a record of what u hv in ur pot, and login once a while,
