Paying for products in the first month

Hi, I want to ask how to pay for products in the first month when we have paypal jail.

Should I pay them normally via the bank (debit card) assigned to the paypal?

I don't think paypal sees if I'm spending money at the bank that is assigned to paypal.

I mean the VCC card that was offered to me by the bank (instead of a credit or debit card, I have a VCC).

Hi !

Yes you can use the vcc to spend or as a fees payment method on ebay.
Have it confirmed by receiving the paypal code to the bank/vcc.
