Can it be linked?
 

I use WIFI connection at home, I have checked and found out that the IP on my mobile phone and computer are the same.

The IP has been linked to a suspended ebay account. I only logged in this account on the computer, never on mobile.

Lets say now I use hotspot to creat a new account on my mobile(log in via app and browser). I then sign out, close ebay app and the browser.

Can I then close the hotspot and use wifi again? or I have always use hotspot on my mobilephone?

Always use the each dedicated ip for each account. So don’t use hotspot and then house wifi because it will link the accounts. So be careful to not get connected to house wifi by mistake

Reset your IP on your home internet to be sure

Avoid using the ebay app in general as well OP - if you are operating multiple stealth accounts
