Can not add PP to EB for seller fees payments.

All of sudden can not add paypal as Ebay seller fees payment method. Receiving this all the time:

Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time.
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

Any ideas how to deal with this?

How old are the paypal accounts? VCC you used?

1, 3 and 4 weeks. They have visa cards on them. Somehow the one which is 2 weeks old went through ok and with no problem. And it started a week ago. before that had no problems with all this..

this might be an issue with the card itself.
