Item Disappeared from Public Listing after 1 sale, why?

I have an item listed on eBay which contains a couple other variants. I sold one of the variants and went to restock it and now I see that the listing is not available to the public anymore. Anyone know why that may be?

yes still active in my dashboard, available quantity says 3.

Tempted to take it down and just relist but not sure if that’s a risky move.
