Hi i want to ask

How to send money from paypal to paypal and is it safe at all?
I heard somewhere that paypal must have the same email address for the transfer to be successful.

Is that true and does anything else have to match?

I ask if my paypal got a ban or something and I wanted to transfer money to another paypal account, or do a 100% verified paypal and then have stealth sub-accounts and send money from them to the main paypal account and from the main account to the bank.

Repeated transfer from pp to pp can cause issues - it's not a great way of withdrawal

Okay, so I have to withdraw money just to the bank you say?

So with paypal there is no "withdrawal history" from paypal account to account? Just from a paypal account to a bank?

withdrawal history I think --- once you withdraw x money and the next day you withdraw xxx money = red flag

And what do you think about sub-accounts?
