Can't change a bank account for payouts

Hello guys. As you know, ebay recently required to link a bank account to receive payments for items sold. I linked my bank account successfully. After a while I needed to change it to another bank account for some reason. But now i need to change it again to the bank account i linked the first time. Ebay won't allow me to do this. May anyone know the solution to this problem. Thanks

Odd issue - happens quite a bit though - wait a day or 2 and retry. Otherwise you will have to get in touch with eb directly
