What could I do to punish a competitor?

One competitor destroyed my account.

He sent his friends to buy from me, after that cases and negative feedback.

I have his email and phone number.

What can I do with that to punish him?

You can’t do much, but you could do the same.
Unfortunately unfair things happen all the time.

How are you so sure your competitor is behind that?

Yea, how do you know it's your competitor? You can play his dirty game too tho.

I think it's better that you communicate with your competitor. This is better way for both of you.

I would start with this. It will take a lot less energy than what you want to do, which may not work.

He sent me an email, like ‘ha-ha, it was me, loser’

Good. Since you have a proof, escalate it to eBay?

I just want to punish him. If we start to report each other, it brings nothing. I have his real address, phone and email. I wonder what I could do with this info to make him sorry.

I hear you about vindictive behaviour but, for me anyway, better to spend energy elsewhere like making money, making multiple stealth accounts, etc

You think you have, I can absolutely guarantee that if I, and many others here in the know, wanted to destroy your account and give the impression it was someone else then it would be a breeze.

How did you get his 'real' data?

Re: What could I do to punish a competitor?

why not just destroy his account which he obviously needs to make money. Hit him right in the pocket where it hurts.

People with this mentality won’t even understand why you are upset with them. Its all fun and games for them to destroy your business, but then unfair when you start to fight back.

They usually have tons of accounts too. I’d either try to find their main account and report it, or if they just have tons of small accounts, leave it alone.

It will cost you more trouble in the long run.

Just move on and concentrate on your own business...

Re: What could I do to punish a competitor?

You could maybe use his details to create some "stealth" accounts and then deliberately get them banned. Ebay would likely link it to his own real account and ban him too. Then you can email him and say "haha it was me loser"

FFS.... this is not tbe bluidy playground.

This is the real world where many are forced to operate in stealth.

Forget this revenge.

Or enjoy getting bitten by Karma.

Move onwards.

Even if I believed in Karma, him getting back at the guy, would clean the karma slate. It's like stealing from a thief. Sure, you stole something from someone, but if it wasn't theirs to begin with... did you tho?
