Get stuck in the last page when registering ebay acc

I got stuck each time when I registered stealth accs. Here are what I have done for stealth acc registration.

1, New user of windows.
2, IP from ipburger.
3, Address close to the IP, found from google maps.
4, Chrome portable.
5, Real sim card.
6, Flash disabled

Anybody can help out? Thx a lot.

I just get stuck I the last page and can not submit the info. I refresh the page for several times then I got a acc with the lowest heartbreaking limit 10 items.

i see that you are from the UK. Why not use real IPs? Use your mobile data as a hotspot.

I am not from UK. Do you think it's due to IP? I tried some other IP provider but still met the same issue.

No, I have seen this happen when making some accounts myself. I would just clear the cookies and start it over and finish where you left off if it already had you enter a password

check your IP and Phone number used.

Try a different browser, it can resolve the issue most of the times.

I succeed the first time but every time I got stuck after that. The browser is the same and I also tried firefox portable. It's still the same.

Probably a problem with extensions. Remove extensions from chrome. Such as veb rtc and the like. I had this problem, after uninstalling everything started working
