It's really very annoying to type with reps on live chat all the time instead of call them.

I would always prefer call to sort out problems.

But now due to the covid 19 their call center is closed for long time.

you can manage to call them, they have very long hold time but it's possible to get connected.

chat is fast. Phone is at least an hour to get through, then if you need transfer another 30 minutes, sometimes hours and disconnect.

Chat is the best option unless you can get an email stream going.

Yes takes a while but you can definitely still speak to them on the phone if you need to.

I will always take chat over a direct call. Much easier to come with answers to questions when its not a live person youre actually talking to.

Agreed, extremely happy with chat. Easier to disconnect and get a new rep too as 90% of them are useless
