LOW SALES!!! Sept Oct 2009 ????
 

I have an average of 4 to 5 packages per day. Selling in different places: Ebay....http://www.aspkin.com/forums/images/smilies/nerd.gif

August was a great month! By the end of September it started to slow down everywhere, not only Ebay.

Maybe I am expecting to much!!! I do have seasonal items for Halloween but I just sold a few.

Any body else? Or is just me!!!

Does having 20 accounts help to sell more? I guess this question is for that guy who say he had 20 accounts on Ebay. http://www.aspkin.com/forums/images/smilies/shocked.gif

Same here, Sep till now is horrible ... eBay is changing a lot of things, including changes in best match search and getting rid of Power Seller status, replace it with Top rated Seller, which, I guess, killing a lot of sellers, especially eBay's system is up and down, not really ready for this big change..... Buyers have trouble finding what they want and even paying for what they want ....

I'm having the same issues. July and August were great sept and oct are pretty bad.

Sales are OK here, but I sell unique specific items, usually never the same thing more than once a month.

What I am noticing is the amount of unpaid transactions, they are up about 300% since 6 months ago.

Almost all of my sales hit a wall since they removed the selling features. Though it would seem that the it may be a seasonal product. For sales to go from 3 a day to 1 a week. Sales hit a slump with me.

One always has alternatives though ;)

Sales are still strong for me in Home & Garden. I probably list differently than everyone else though.

last 4 weeks have been slow .. not sure why ,,my acct is 10 years old and over 10,000 fb ,,, i was power seller for last 5 years with 100% feedback and 4.8 dsrs but i dont qualify for Top rated seller - great move ebay !!!!

My sales are down due to non paying sellers. I went from around 4 to 5 non payers for the months of Jan - Aug. For Sept. up to now I currently have 54 unpaid item cases open. Thats right 54!!!! Most if not all have high feedback too! I also have noticed a big increase in e-checks via PayPal over the past month for transactions costing only $1-3 USD. I have also had an increase of buyers wanting refunds after receiving the items and not wanting to return it. I already had 4 since September and none before then. I dont know whats going on but its costing me more to list my stuff on ebay now than what I actually make!

I would say the issue youre talking about is in more specific categories.
