New Legit Account - Spouse's Info
 

I was booted off ebay years ago. I was operating with stealth accounts for awhile - I find it a hassle. My info was on the account - that is what is banned. Paypal had my EIN and SS#. They still do, paypal accounts are still active.

I have just signed a lease for a commercial office, business address, etc. I will have a new comcast bill with my wife's name on it. I will have a business phone again with her name on the bill.

I want to open an official ebay account using her info. Her social security number may have Paypal account associated with it, she may have an old eBay account from years ago for buying. I'm not sure if her SS number is attached since she never sold anything. The address on the Paypal/ebay account it shouldn't be linked to me because I didn't know her then nor did I live at the address.

My issue now is her drivers license says my banned address. What options do I have for account verification that will work and keep working when my sales $20-100K? I think I have read eBay doesn't like passports. I will have utility bills with a legit address and her name. I can get new bank account and credit card numbers, the IP address will be fresh. I know the stealth requirements pretty well as I operated some accounts for a while.

well... if you do things correctly, there shouldn't be any kind of document request from ebay or PP end.

You have a very good chance of everything being OK even if your wife's license address is the same as yours, if they ask for it they are checking the license number is real for the address associated with it.

Just make sure the PC you use does not have any cookies on it from when you last used eBay. Recommend you make a sub account with your wife's name to run new account from and make sure your name is not on the main PC title, so when you upload images they will see HomePC/your wife's name

Anything out of the ordinary. Selling high-ticket items, selling too quickly, etc.

If your spouse has an old eBay account, find, update, and convert it to business instead of a new account. You're safer that way.
