I created 2 acc's with same adress but havent used either can i still use at least 1?
 

Ok i created 2 accounts both differnt names and everything else but i used same address on both, but ive never used the accounts at all. So is it ok to at least use 1 of them. Or will they link them. I know i shouldnt use the same address twice but since ive never used the accounts maybe its ok to use 1 and disregard the other for good?

You should be fine to use them. Because multiple people can live at the same address but using their own eBay accounts. One thing needs to be aware is that, when one goes down, the other won't be safe most likely.

You might as well use both of them simultaneously. ;)

Agreed with inverser but still follow the stealth techniques with each account to prevent any direct links being established
