Hi there.

Have any of you account sellers considered creating ebay accounts in countries that dont qualify for MP?

Surely if they're using Ayden just like etsy there should be PayPal only countries. It's the same system right?

You should ask the sellers in the marketplace directly about this.

Right now, there are so many countries that aren't forcing MP, a lot of choice available. For example, many european countries aren't forcing you to register just yet and they provide high/unlimited selling limits so not much to worry about. Really though, sellers only care about where the demand is, and the demand is for USA/UK Accounts who are forcefully registered for MP. If there is demand for paypal enabled accounts in the near future, there's many options available.
