Paypal limits eu

Hi, I have a question

Are the limits of 200 transactions per year in Europe? Or is it just in America?

I read the comments in the "solution: provide EIN" section and it is still not clear to me whether I will exceed 200 transactions per year in the EU, and whether I will be asked for documents.

In the EU there is 2500 EUR limit per 12 months or canlendar year
From 1800 EUR you will receive message to upload docs
There is no EIN in the EU.
