Need some advice please
 

i am uncertain about this product if it is vero or not, it is Pimsleur learn italian, i would like to list it but i do not know how to do this without being punished by ebay, i would not use the company picture, any advice for me?

I assume you are discussing a copy , how many do you intend to sell, are they new or used...?

this product similar to rosetta stone...copies are rife on ebay and crackdowns insue - so
alot of these would draw attention.

Have you bookmarked auctions for this and seen if they reach conclusion, if they dont, sure sign of takedowns..

not putting pics up will get you significantly less traffic

OP, in your situation I would just create a professional looking receipt for proof of purchase. It's not like you're doing anything illegal. You're just trying to workaround eBay's overzealous TOS enforcement.
