Ebay suspension for buying - new seller account safe?

I was banned for violating buying practices. Returning too much and claiming not as described too often. Any one know if I’m at less risk of being banned again creating a new selling account selling the same items

So you were a buyer who bought and returned too many items and now you wish to be a seller of those same items...? Explain the logic please.
And to answer your question - yes if you were banned as a buyer theres already a mark on your name and info and that will most certainly affect any account you open with the same info.
