How is this guy doing it?
 

I am trying to sell a product, and it gets taken down almost immediately for VERO. Which is fine i understand. What i don't understand is this other seller selling the same exact item and it doesn't get taken down. I have looked at his listing and i'm 100% sure his item is a VERO candidate but his listing doesn't get taken down. How do his listings not get taken down but mine do?:spy:

But if they have permission and license for their products, then they are fine.

Odds are they have permission. Maybe they are the ones veroing your listings. How are we supposed to know?

Did you try reporting the listing from a different account to see what happens? Maybe he reported your listing and the only reason his listing is still there is because nobody has reported it yet?

I must admit though, I regularly stumble across listings on Ebay that defy all logic. Like people who have sold over 2k of an item over 3 years despite it being a blatant chinese knock-off! I reckon a percentage of these listings either belong to ebay employees or they are verified with a phake VERO account.

Agreed.
Pretty much your only option is to keep on trying and figuring things out on your own.
You can try to report him and see if he gets taken down - but whats the point other than to hurt someone else's operation? It wont change your own situation.
