creating a eBay account from a different country
 

hey guys,

i'm from sri lanka and i want create a hong kong ebay account(location hong kong) on the main ebay domain(ebay.com).

i've chosen couple of hong kong residential static proxy poviders and i'm using incognition to manage my accounts.

but i've run into couple of questions.

1)if the location of the paypal account and ebay account is different will that cause major problems?
2)do i need a hong kong paypal account too?
3)if i make a hong kong account and whenever i want to withdraw money can i send the money to my main paypal account?
4)what else potential problems will i run into?

any advice,suggestion,idea or source will be really appreciated.

1. NO, there should be no issue. Yes, you can do that.
2. No need to be at the same country
3. Yes, you can send to your main pp account (take note HK accounts will only have the G&S option for sending payments)
4. None, unless you make problems yourself

Yes, it's goods & services
It is not problematic, but will cost you when you send to your other accounts.

is dropshipping from a country like china or parts of china less risky?
i mean it almost same as directshiping right?
if ebay suspends this account when starting out i can say that its my own product and becuase item locations are physically closer right(hong kong and china)?
does it make sense? or have i overlooked something?

Both Paypal and Ebay hate retail arbitrage,if Paypal shut down your HK Paypal account,after 180 days,can you send $$ to your Sri Lanka Paypal account or you are limited to transferring to a local HK bank or ask for a check mailed to your HK address?
With Your Ebay HK account,you need to register with HK address ,if buyer files INAD,where would he return the goods to?
I hope you are selling low price items,so when there is INAD,just refund and eat loss

that's true..so how do people manage foreign dropshipping accounts?
i've seen uk sellers sell on us and vice versa..
can you give me some advice please?
