Hi, I don't know what is the best option, so I'd like you to answer the following questions:

My address has been suspended, so I can't even use it via VCC bypass AVS if that's true.

1) ADDRESS is Rumbur 3100, would it be enough to change one number to 3101?

2) Or will it be better to rent a virtual address and use it as a main address on ebay and pp?

The account is 100 verifiable, but the only problem is the address.

Addresses aren't suspended, people are.
You can carry on using the same address as long as you dissociate yourself from the suspended account.

Unfortunately, this is easier said than done. If you register with fresh details but carry on selling the same list of items from the same address, you haven't fully dissociated yourself - therefore your new account might still be at risk.

Are you not able to rent a PO Box in your country? That should solve the problem quite easily.

Easiest thing to do is to just get a box or virtual address.

Or you can change your address as you said which is fine.

I got this in my MCO11 email.

"Although, you are still eligible to purchase items with this account, please note that eBay reserves the right to suspend existing accounts as well as new accounts opened by anyone in the same household of a restricted user or by any other associates of a restricted user."

Isnt that in effect blacklisting my address?

Only if there's a clear link between sellers, otherwise, there would be no suspension.
This link could be anything from selling the same stuff to being a spouse, but again - if there is no link, there would be no suspension.

Okay, thank you, so if I have everything new except the address, will my account work?

And if they suspend me and want to provide address information then I'm K.O.?

I can definitely rent a virtual address or P.O. box, I know that the PO box is not recommended as the main address on ebay, so I'd rather go to a virtual address.

There are many other things that could take down your account so, I wouldn't be quick to give you a guarantee, sorry.
I can only assure you, they do not ban addresses.

You should only provide the address that appears on your account. Providing a different address upon request for ID is not a good idea as they already know your address from file.


What are the chances that hundreds of other users haven't been suspended using the same virtual address you're going to purchase?
If your account will survive there, then it might as well survive at your current address. :d
