ebay managed payment returns?

Hi, on managed payments, is there a 180 day period where the buyer can return the item within 6 months, just like paypal?

Or can they just open a case within 30 days?

Anyone can open a dispute with their credit card company up to 6 months from the date of the transaction - regardless of ebay and/or paypal's policies.

Yes it can happen but I personally think a lot of customers don’t know this as on eBay in listings it says 30 days return.

I’m on managed payments and never had a customer open a return after 3 weeks it’s always in the first week or 2.
