My first ebay account got suspended a month ago and now I wish to open a stealth account.
Can I use the same credit card,phone number?
No chance unfortunately, you will need all new details if you have been permanently suspended otherwise you are not stealthy at all, ebay have your creditcard and phone number in the system and will link you.
