Buyer views and can't buy
 

:confuso:Hello friends, my products are getting a lot of views, but buyers are unable to purchase.
The attendants only say that my ebay and paypal accounts are ok.
What is the problem? What to do?:confuso:

I used to sell normally, suddenly stopped and several buyers contact me saying they are unable to complete the purchase. Ebay requires another form of payment. :pry:

Ebay USA, I accept paypal only.
When it comes to currency, would it be the case for the buyer to define the currency of purchase according to the currency of the seller's ad?
Could this be the solution?

On EBAY USA,they all have to be in US $
Your PAYPAL account must be set to accept US $ AND you may specify if you want to keep them as US$ OR convert to local currency

Do you mean that I should ask buyers to choose the American currency on their paypal before trying to buy?
I did not find the way in settings to check the currency. Specify for me. step by step. please.

You said you have listed your item on EBAY USA,then it must show the price in US$,did you see it?
so if a buyer wants to buy the item,he must pay in US dollars,so when a non USA buyer wants to buy,he will be paying US $ using his Paypal account-Paypal will convert his local currency into US dollars and charge him a conversion fee ,also there is foreign exchange rate between his local currency and US dollar.
Your paypal account should be set up to accept US dollar and state if you want it to be converted to your local currency or kept as US $,this is set up in your PAYPAL profile .
so go to your paypal account,profile and say you will accept US dollars and you want to convert or keep them as US dollars.

they dont have a choice,if they want to buy an item in US dollars,Paypal will do the conversion for them,where are your buyers.I mean what country?

the only issue ebay usa sometimes has is on managed payments you cannot drop ship too much before managed payments blocks some buyers from buying unless using a gift card.

Buyers say they use the right currency.
The paypal settings are correct.
And that they continue to receive the message that they should use another form of payment. Therefore, they are unable to buy.
I thank everyone who is helping me, but I am still without a solution.

Under currency in PayPal. Make sure all are added for the currency the buyer wants to pay in.

You need to add usd and any other currency to your paypal account. You can do so in thep paypal settings, i think it was under the money/cards/banks section.

You are in Brazil?and you list an item on Ebay USA and your buyer cant buy,and Ebay asks them to use a different payment method?
Ebay USA is currently accepting both Paypal and MP payments,soon it will be all MP.
