Suspension MC011 to indefinite
 

Received a indefinite suspension over the weekend after being asked to provide tracking for orders - which was already uploaded.
I was then asked to bring my account up to date.
Followed by eBay asking me to pay my fees.
Followed by a indefinite suspension 1 hour from paying the fees and
responding.
I have spoken with eBay and they claim their decision is final.
I am very sad because this is a completely legitimate account
and all documents provided are legitimate
We received 4 mc011 over 4 months for "routine checks"
everything went fine apart from now.
I'm not really happy to have to begin stealth now but don't see another choice.
Whatever reason could they have?

4 times on the same account ?

What could the trigger be ? Are you selling items that aren't allowed ... Or are allowed but not on managed payments ?

Figure out the trigger.

Otherwise stealth will be a complete waste of time and money.

I Actually just went onto managed payments a day before this restriction.

It's do with your selling practices and the items you sell.

What category are they ?

Very high risk items though.

I know its tempting to sell high risk straight away but you really need to sell low risk items to build history for a month or two atleast. Even if it means you are breaking even or at a loss.

Once you do that you can start selling your regular products.
