Can I add my old paypal which was linked to a banned ebay to a new ebay account? is that a nono?

you can go for it. Just note that it's a ticking time bomb that you'll never know when it'll go off.

What about the other side of the coin?: Linking a new PayPal account to a 2015 eBay account in good standing but previously linked to a limited PayPal?.
Will I lose the eBay account or just the new Paypal?

If anybody does a review of the acct youll be at risk of losing the acct.
Id suggest changing as much info on the accts as possible - email, phone number and address.

Losing the eBay or the PayPal?, I don't think eBay cares if my PayPal was or will be limited ...

Seems like the PP will be the one most likely to go down based on the old PP

I can't say 100% it isn't but what I have seen with linking new PP to old PP, there are more experiences with the new PP going down after some time (no set period)

Maybe creating the PayPal in another PC could work better ...

But first I will change the eBay eMail address, the rest doesn't matter as I guess PayPal can not see your address or telephone on eBay, don't you think?

What I would not change is the name, that could rise a big flag ...

(Or perhaps changing one letter: John Smith instead Jon Smith!)
