eb message "Your listing is about to be removed"
 

Has anyone ever received a similar message from eb?

Hello ******,

Your listing didn't follow our ..... policy and needs to be revised before it is removed.


Later in the message,

You have 48 hours to fix listings ...

I've never seen this before and couldn't find many mentions about it, just wondering if this is new or part of ebay concierge ? dedicated support ?

It's part of concierge. I'm assuming you're in it since you mentioned it.

I've got those messages a few times on my concierge account. Ironically most of the time when I get them eBay has already pulled the listing. There's only been once or twice where they actually left the listing up and gave me a chance to edit it.

But yeah, I remember years ago when I enrolled for concierge this was one of the features eBay claimed we would get access to.

Thanks for the reply. I did upgrade to a anchor store about a few months ago. BUT I never was invited or received any messages regarding concierge.

That is why i'm asking, because i've never seen this message, and only a couple similar messages after doing search online but no clear info.

Also to follow up, my listings were not ended, and I was able to edit them.
