zero PP balance

Hi, I want to ask, I read that it is possible to have no funds in the paypal account, just have a pp account linked to a bank account and if we pay something with a zero balance on paypal, then paypal will take the funds directly from the bank account and pay product or service.

Is it true?

Technically speaking yes.
Whether or not that works - especially on accts with little history - is another matter entirely.

I think you have to specify where the fund would come from,bank or card

slokor is right - in general, if the bank is confirmed on pp and there is no other source, the default payment source is from the bank on file
