Multiple MP Ebay's under same identity
 

Hey guys

Just wondering with the idea of getting LLC's and eventually having multiple MP eBay accounts, if someone has had that, but got one suspended and some how the rest of their accounts stayed open. Has that happened to anyone yet?

Also if we do multiple LLC's for MP accounts, are we allowed to list the same category of products, or how about the same exact product across those ebay's?

Appreciate the feedback.

Yes you can do that.

I can't answer the first part because I haven't been suspended or got into trouble with MP.

Currently working on that scenario. Have a dozen LLC's with different EIN's. According to a chat w/ the MP team, they view them as separate accounts. I've been suspended on one account while others remain fine.. even with shared IP/cookies/browser. If you have VERO/high risk stuff, they would probably shut them all down permanently (linked by IP/cookies/responsible party name). But I sell low risk item that actually should be allowed, but bots remove. Trust and Safety incompetent and don't know their own policies. No alternative but to spread the risk.

As for selling multiple same items? Technically different accounts, so not violating official policy. But only really see Chinese doing this and they seem to have a free pass to. Suppose it's a question if a Western competitor would report you, and what if anything, eBay would do about it.

Am guessing they don’t link accounts from the info you give MP such as passport photos same names.

They link off the usual info. I have been suspended and lost one account but rest stayed open. And they where all on MP with same name & ids. But all diff user accounts. Ips. Email & phone numbers.
