Can i link my ssn to my new stealth ebay?
 

Before i even got my first sale they asked for my ssn in order to receive payouts. I don't think i ever linked my ssn to my original ebay that got banned. If i didn't ever link it can i link it with no problem?

also, is there a way to know if i linked it to my old ebay? cause i really don't remember if i did

I wouldn't. I'd save that for my real account if I were you.

But FYI, if they asked for any kind of document like this it means that you made an error somewhere and it triggered a flag.

How old is your Ebay account,do you recall what year/
Back then Ebay does not process any payments,we sent money order,check,bla bla bla to each other,then comes Billpoint,then it was replaced by Paypal,and Paypal took care of the SSN etc.
Are you thinking of linking your SSN to a stealth account?
I dont think it is a good idea,what would the name be on your 1099k?

I doubt you provided the SSN in the past on another ebay acct - they never had any need of it in the past before Managed Payments.
