MC011 suspension!
 

Hi everyone,

So today I got my first MC011 suspension on my unlimited eBay account. It was running like a dream for nearly a year with 99.4% positive feedback 931 total feedback total sales nearly £56k and their is 3k processing.

I know the reason why it was hit with the suspension it’s because of a product I sold where so many customers returned it back and maybe some customers reported the listing to eBay. In eignsight I should of stopped selling the product.

Anyway it’s happened so I would like to know will I get my funds back I’ve seen posts of people receiving it back after 3 months.

My other question is at the moment I’m with now tv broadband. If I change my broadband provider will I get a new IP address?

As for addresses go I’ve seen posts of people using expensive addresses on the property market I.e old expensive houses. This is why I’m thinking of doing for my new stealth account.

I appreciate all replies and hopefully I can get back on eBay again.

That’s perfect as I ordered new broadband as soon as I received suspension so should be with me in a couple of weeks.

Usually turning modem on & off will give you new ip

Yeah I tried that but it’s not working but nevermind I got a new broadband coming.

In the mean time I’m trying to reinstate my account I know what eBay want they want proof of identity and proof of receipt for a product I sold.

I was thinking of going to an online retailer I.e John Lewis or currys buy the item on their screen shot the receipt and send it to eBay.

I told them I don’t have suppliers I buy my items from local retailers and sell them on eBay.

Anyone tried this before?

whether the invoices are real or not, I never hold my breath of getting any type of account back.

I just keep moving forward and have accounts ready and cooking.

I think if people have this mentality it's much less stressful

I agree with you I’m not holding my breath about this account and I’m already preparing for a new account.

In the mean time while I’m waiting for the new account to be up and running I might buy a product from local retailer and send it to eBay for proof of receipt.

Only problem is the product is expensive from the retailers and I sell them cheaper and don’t know if that will be an important factor or not in potentially being reinstated or not.

Not really, could be any reason why you 'll sell it at lower cost.

How is ebay developing in Japan? Do many people use it to buy things?

I have brought some items from a genuine retail website and sent the invoice and proof of identity to eBay so just waiting for an update now.
